GUEST INFORMATION AND RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Considerations:

Reservations are recommended.
Check in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., unless other arrangements are made. Please be advised if late check in has not been arranged, and you do not arrive by 6:00 p.m., we reserve the right to release your room at 7:00 p.m. Early check in cannot be accommodated as we need sufficient time to prepare rooms after our last guests have departed.
We serve a full breakfast each morning at 8:30 A.M. in the dining room. No allowances can be made for meals not taken.
Check out time is 11:00 a.m. (late check out will incur a charge of $10.00 per hour).
All rates are based on double occupancy per night.
A two night minimum stay is required for peak season (June 1 through September 30), holiday, and special event weekends.
Room rates are $80.00 to $95.00 per night plus tax, Rates are subject to change.
The following credit cards are cheerfully accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
The Lighthouse Point room can accommodate up to two additional people at $15.00 per person per night. If an extra bed is requested for double occupancy, $5.00 per night extra charge is added.
Children over ten are welcome.
A $50.00 deposit, per room, is required when making a reservation. The balance is due on arrival.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations more than ten days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $20.00 service fee. Cancellations within ten days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. A 50% cancellation penalty is charged within 72 hours of the arrival date and all no shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Guests' pets cannot be accommodated.
The State Street Inn cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of guests’ property.
Guests are asked to be mindful of other guests who may be here for rest and recuperation by holding down excessive noise after 10:00PM in the evenings and before 8:00AM in the mornings.
It is against the law to smoke in the Inn. Smoking is permitted outdoors on the porch or decks. Anyone smoking in their room will automatically have $200.00 charged to their credit card for cleaning fees.

Amenities:

A full breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. Enjoy our bottomless cookie jar in the dining room and snacks in the guest room. Please advise us of any dietary concerns at arrival or when reservation is made.
All guest rooms have a private bath, fluffy velour bathrobes, air conditioning, satellite television, and VCR.
High speed wireless internet service is available.
A Guest video library is available.
A guest telephone is available in the parlor.
Iron, ironing board, and hair dryer available.
The Inn is near shops, museums, parks, marinas, beach, and golfing.
Mas and day trip itineraries are available upon request.
